Fall in love with some activity, and do it! Nobody ever figures out what life is all about, and it doesn’t matter. Explore the world. Nearly everything is really interesting if you go into it deeply enough. Work as hard and as much as you want to on the things you like to do the best. Don’t think about what you want to be, but what you want to do. Keep up some kind of a minimum with other things so that society doesn’t stop you from doing anything at all.

About
The Program
After spending the past six years mentoring engineering students and building a beautiful, engaged community through social media, I decided to start a mentoring program — one where not only me, but also my friends, colleagues, and other experienced engineers can mentor students and young professionals.
This program is meant to help students navigate their path in the engineering field — from questions like should I do mechanical or electrical, how do I prepare for an interview, how do I get an internship, or what do controls engineers actually do?
In this program, you’ll meet with your mentor once a month for three months. You’ll also have access to our resume and interview prep workshops, and your mentor will help you review your resume and get you ready for your next opportunity.
This program is completely voluntary, so please be respectful and mindful of everyone’s time.
If you’re feeling generous, you can buy us a coffee.
